He obtained his Master of Laws Degree [LL.M] in Taxation from the University of Baltimore in the United States of America in 1991 and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree [Ph.D] in Management from the University of Sheffield – England in 2002.
Professor Richard lectures at the Morgan State University Maryland, U.S.A as a Professor of Law and Management.
He has research interest in Law reform for Arbitration & ADR, Emerging Economics, Entrepreneurship, Ethics in Business, Privatization & Market Deregulation, Market Reform and Change Management and has been a consultant to Entrepreneurial Development And Assistance Centre to the Morgan State University and also a visiting Professor to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration [GIMPA] and the University of Baltimore, U.S.A
